Captain Playing the bagpipesThe Captain is pleased to announce a new direct service to Aberdeen from Houston which will reinforce our already strong presence in the area.

Aberdeen and Grampian is one of Scotland’s biggest success stories. As the centre of Europe’s oil and gas industry, the region is a key driver in the Scottish and UK economies with an inspirational business agenda and major opportunities for growth.

The continuing strength of Aberdeen’s economy has consistently bucked national and international trends with its high wage, high levels of business start ups and consistently low levels of unemployment.

The import service is weekly with a transit time of 18 days into Grangemouth with on forwarding to CFS Aberdeen.

The Captain now extends his services in Indonesia

Indonesian landscapeFast on the heels of new service enhancements developments in Korea (we are now able to offer weekly services to and from Busan), the latest development of our Far East services includes a new weekly DIRECT from Jakarta. We have been able to offer a DIRECT export service to Jakarta since the beginning of 2007 and we feel this new development will further compliment our investment in this sector.

The advantage of direct services, other than a reduction in transit time, is that for both our import and export services we now no longer need to rely on using a transhipment port, thus avoiding the risk of damage or delay during the transit of the cargo.
