Dear valued customers and partners,
On behalf of the The Captain, and all of my colleagues at Cardinal Maritime, may I thank you for your continued support.
The innovative developments planned for the year ahead promise to make 2010 an exciting and challenging twelve months. Already we have implemented a new computer system as well as purchasing our facility in Manchester during 2009 and are looking forward to new and exciting challenges this year.
We now believe we are truly a global consolidator, having added several new services during the last year, and we will continue to expand the origins and destinations during the coming years.
Our expansion plans in Northern Europe continue and our aim to be a true European partner will be partially realised. Also we are all looking forward to continued developments with our South African office during this World Cup Year.
We look forward to your continued support in the UK, Europe and South Africa.

As a founder member of the Cardinal Maritime Group of Companies, I am acutely aware of the need to adapt to the ever changing landscape of global logistics.
The development of our FREIGHTcalculator ™ software – an ‘on-line' pricing product – and the open access tracking facility have allowed Cardinal Maritime to maintain the rapid development of our brand and network of services. Such innovations have provided the necessary infrastructure and platform required to provide the very exacting standards of service required by our clients and partners alike.
In conjunction with our policy of Local Corporate Responsibility, we have made substantial investment in our CADETAssist TM programme, which is designed to train the next generation of Cardinal Maritime employees.
Much of the success of our organisation has been due to your continued support for which we are all grateful. We have never made a secret of our desire to be recognised as one of the world's leading consolidators and freight forwarders. Having achieved this, we are determined to remain there. We will continue to innovate and find efficient and cost effective solutions, and in so doing enjoy a long and prosperous future together.
